After Working in the industry for five years distributing school bus parts, A Parts Warehouse was started in 2004 by Michael Schwarzenberger, an Oakland University BA major.  A Parts Warehouse is an active participant in regional Bids through out Michigan and North America.  A Parts Warehouse continues to win bids in Michigan and Nationally every year!

RETURNS

Customer Satisfaction is Guaranteed.  Most items purchased from apartswarehouse.com are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment (items must be in new condition, are subject to a 15% restocking fee and special order items may not be refundable).  Refunds will be processed within five business days of our receipt of the returned item.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping & handling charges unless the return is a result of our error.
